Pam Corbin, most recently well known to viewers of Hugh Fearnley-Whittingstall’s
River Cottage series for Channel 4, has graciously accepted to become the patron of
The Guild of Jam and Preserve Makers.
Her wealth of experience and her gold plated reputation will be a huge asset to the Guild, and with her at the helm The Guild will automatically benefit from recognition around the world.
There is a structure of membership fees, that will offset the costs of operating the guild.
The Guild publishes a regular newsletter, providing a forum for all members to contribute. It is especially useful, it is felt, for industry to interface with their end users in a way that has never been available before.
Our first newsletter was published in June 2010.
